Available only to lessees at Highland Manor Apts.  You may not use any DISH Network receiver that has not been provided by Freedom Satellite Systems. Only new residents who currently have DISH Network at their previous location may use their existing receiver at Highland Manor to complete any contractural agreement in place with DISH Network. In this instance a connection fee of $49 will be imposed. After the resident's contractural agreement has expired with DISH Network, the resident may at his/her option continue to use their equipment and pay a non-refundable dish antenna access fee of $60 for 12 months or create a new account with Freedom Satellite Systems.
