	Riverside Manor Apartment Limitations Each unit is permitted either one single-tuner receiver (for one TV only) or one dual-tuner receiver (for two TV's). Available only to lessees at Riverside Manor Apts.   DirecTV is not available at this property. You may not mount your own dish antenna or use any other DISH Network receiver that has not been provided by Freedom Satellite Systems. Only new residents who currently have DISH Network at their previous location may use their existing receiver at Riverside Manor to complete any contractural agreement in place with DISH Network. In this instance a connection fee of $49 will be imposed. After the resident's contractural agreement has expired with DISH Network, the resident may at his/her option continue to use their equipment and pay a non-refundable dish antenna access fee of $60 for 12 months or create a new account with Freedom Satellite Systems.
